In 2003, LSNC launched its Race Equity Project (REP), a program wide project to address the racial inequities in education, housing, court access, health care and other institutions that our clients of color are experiencing. The REP focuses on revealing "invisible" forms of racism: structural and institutional racism and unconscious bias. Learn More

Once again the Placer County lawyers came through for LSNC at the annual golf tournament. Despite blistering temperatures, a tidy sum of money was raised that will be donated to LSNC and used to support it's Pro Per Project which helps unrepresented litigants in Placer County prepare and file their own court documents.  LSNC’s primary “Greening” goals are to reduce our impact on global warming by significantly minimizing our carbon footprint; reduce energy, water, and paper usage; produce less waste and recycle more; provide a healthy, non-toxic work environment; and encourage LSNC staff members to engage in sustainable practices at work and beyond.
